MEDITATION
Guided Open Awareness Meditation | Settle Before You Expand
A guided open awareness meditation that starts where the body is braced: the tightness in the abdomen, the bracing in the chest, the survival response that keeps attention locked on the immediate. The sitting meets that contraction with softness and one line repeated silently, I am safe to soften, then follows the frame Dispenza teaches, loosening the grip on the body, the environment, and time, practiced here in its own sequence: place first, then the body, then the clock, until only a quiet, wide awareness remains.
What the practice asks of you
- arrive and notice where the body is braced, as if waiting for a signal
- meet the contraction with softness before going anywhere else
- one line repeated silently: I am safe to soften
- Dispenza's frame of body, environment, and time, practiced one layer at a time
- let place, then the body, then the clock fall away, and rest in wide awareness
Practice seated or lying down in a safe place. Do not use while driving or operating machinery.
The guided sitting itself, with its held silences, is the recording. Press play when you have the time to stay with it.
