BEFORE YOU BUY
Shipping, returns and delivery
Plain terms for the shop. If something here does not match what happened to your order, reply to your confirmation email and we will put it right.
Shipping
Prints are made to order by a print partner and shipped directly to you. We ship within the United States. Shipping is included in the price you see, so nothing is added at checkout.
Orders usually arrive within five to eleven days of being placed. Because each print is made when you order it, most of that time is production rather than transit.
Returns and damage
Every print is made for your order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, tell us within thirty days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it at no cost, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. A photograph of the problem helps and is usually all we need.
Digital files
A digital purchase emails you a download link that works for seven days from purchase. The file is a 300 DPI print master intended for your own personal printing. It is not licensed for resale or redistribution.
Because a file cannot be returned once downloaded, digital purchases are not refundable. If your link expired before you used it, or the download failed, reply to your confirmation email and we will issue a new one.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe on their own hosted checkout. Card details are never sent to or stored by this site. Prices are in United States dollars.
About the artwork
The Mood Meter and RULER prints draw on the RULER framework and the Mood Meter, developed at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, and were inspired by Marc Brackett’s book Permission to Feel. The Mood Meter itself builds on earlier work by James A. Russell on mapping emotion across pleasantness and energy, and an early version appeared in The Emotionally Intelligent Manager by David Caruso and Peter Salovey.
Orion Awakens is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of them.
The Inner Compass and The Abundance Wheel are Orion Awakens originals, made alongside our essay The Years Before Choice and the 919 abundance reading.
The artwork and the written reflections are ours.
